 Wind Tunnel Models: We will take your test requirements, specifications and model definitions and design a model to meet your requirements. Your parameters are used to produce a CAD model, which is then evaluated for the stress report. The CAD design and stress reports are finalized and used to CNC machine a highly accurate and easy to use wind tunnel model. We have produced complete aircraft models weighing less than 250 lbs for wind tunnel testing, as well as basic components such as nacelles, wings and stabilizers.

 Engineering Models:

    Prototype: Your design can be used to produce a working prototype or broken down to show individual components or assemblies.

    Radar Cross Section (RCS): Your OML can be used to produce a lightweight composite RCS model with metallic coating for evaluation of radar signature.

    Marketing: We produce a wide range of marketing models from small scale plastic injection molded desktop models to full size models for outdoor purposes.

    Museum: We have produced models that are on display at museums throughout the country including the Smithsonian Museum. There, a stardust satellite model we produced is on permanent display.

    Engineering and Training Aids: From visual reference training aids to actual working product mock-ups.

 Foundry Patterns: We can produce your foundry pattern from short run to high production. Our facility allows us to provide all the services you need from the pattern to finish machining the casting.

 Machining: We also provide short run production machining for our customers. Our larger machining center enables us to machine up to 80 inches X 30 inches X 30 inches in XYZ. This larger capacity machine combined with our smaller CNC machines allows us to provide a rapid turn around in the area of short run production.

 Injection Molding: Specializing in short run production injection molded parts, in a variety of materials.
